It’s a quiet morning and I decided to take the new KitchenAid Mini for a hard spin. First up, my oldest and most favorite recipe: savory crepe shells. The mixer handled it well with a nice aeration to the batter. No splashing or splatter, unlike my old hand held mixer. The batter is resting and chilling in the fridge.
